In Russia approved the public services provided for integrated query in MFC
MOSCOW, 21 Feb — RIA Novosti. The Russian government approved the list of public services provided to citizens in a single complex query into multifunctional centers (MFC) to receive several state and municipal services, available on the website of the Cabinet.
“Signed by order approved such a list. The list contains 30 public services are included in lists of state services, the provision of which is organized on the principle of “one window” in the DCP (approved by government resolution of 27 September 2011 № 797)”, — the document says.
The explanatory Memorandum States that such a system will allow to realize one of the main principles of “one window”, increase the number of popular and socially important services on the basis of MFTS, as well as helping to reduce corruption risks, costs time and money citizens.
“To obtain public or municipal services in the comprehensive request of the applicant, the MFC will send the bodies providing public services, statements, signed by an authorized employee of the MFC, as well as information, documents, and information necessary for the provision included in the comprehensive request for services” — the order.
