The first problem is the preservatives

However, from the “unusual” ingredients in these samples there is only the preservative potassium sorbate, and manufacturers honest about it written on the package.
But labeling cottage cheese “Milava”, “Zalesskiy farmer” and “Hut” not a word about preservatives no. But they were found sorbic acid (sorbate), and in the last 2 samples close to the boundary of the norm. This is a serious violation of the technical regulations.
There are no preservatives, only two — curd “Savushkin” and “Karat”.
By the way, all the tested items have different shelf life. The longest “Savushkina” — 26 days. And yet the manufacturer managed to do without preservatives. And here at the “Hut” and the shortest was 3 days, but it was somehow sorbic acid.
