The information was confirmed by the leadership of the DNI and LC. The dilution of forces and means in the village of Lugansk was postponed several times.
The readiness to take this step by the Ukrainian side declared on January 18 after a meeting of the contact group in Minsk. However, scheduled for January 21 plans were not destined to come true. In the end, an extremely important event for the Ukrainian settlement has been rescheduled for February 22. However, as reported by two Russian diplomatic source noted in the DNI and LC, the implementation of the agreement could again be disrupted due to provocations of the Ukrainian military.

Ukraine called on February 22 as the “probable and prospective date of withdrawal of forces and means in the village Lugansk”, have informed “news” the Minister of foreign Affairs LNR Vladislav Danego.
