The CEC has told about preparation of mass media for election campaigning
MOSCOW, 16 Feb — RIA Novosti. More than 150 Federal network of magazines and Newspapers 94, 37 radio stations and 16 TV channels ready for a fee to provide candidates in presidents of Russia of the square or air for promotion, said the Secretary of the CEC, Maya Grishina.
The period of the promotion in the media in the presidential election will begin on Saturday, February 17.
For a fee willing to provide their services only on the national level, 16 channels, 37 radio channels, 159 editions and 94 Newspapers that notified the CEC about their pricing and willingness to publish propaganda materials.Maya Greinecker CEC
She noted that similar notices were in all the regional electoral Commission. “Here requires synthesis of information, but, as practice shows, it is about thousands of still further regional media”, — said the Secretary of the Commission.
Earlier Grishina said that the registered candidates are given free airtime on five national television channels, three radio channels, regional channels 338 and 280 regional radio channels. The law provides that the parties which nominated registered candidates can also obtain one hour of free air on these channels.
