Migrants staged a riot in the detention centre of Krasnoyarsk

Moscow. 8 Feb. INTERFAX.RU Criminal case initiated on the fact of mass disorders in the Centre for temporary detention of foreign citizens, the Main Department of MIA for the Krasnoyarsk Krai. This was reported in the press service of the Investigative Department of the TFR in the region.

The incident occurred on the morning of 3 February.

“Around 20 foreign nationals, contained in three rooms on the ground floor of the centre, barricaded themselves in the room, burned mattresses and broke several security cameras, disorganized by their actions the work of the institution”, — is spoken in the message.

According to the investigation, the rioters demanded better conditions of detention and rapid deportation to their homeland.

The police with the power support of fighters of Regardie stopped the riots, the organizers and all the participants were delivered in institutions.

“Two of the organizers of the riots remanded in custody. Another member of that team organizers had set fire to the property of the center, is detained as article 91 UPK the Russian Federation”, — stated in the message.

The case was initiated under part 2 of article 212 of the criminal code (participation in mass riots).
