In the state Duma introduced a law on a progressive scale of personal income tax

In the state Duma introduced a bill on introduction in Russia of a two-level progressive scale of tax on income of physical persons (NDFL). This was reported in the database of the state Duma.

Clarifies that the bill preserves the current rate 13% tax on personal income tax for income up to 24 million rubles per year and sets up 18% on income in excess of 24 million rubles.

“The introduction of increased rates for this category of taxpayers will increase tax revenues by 200 billion roubles a Small number of taxpayers and large financial flows that it is possible to track, will allow the tax authorities is relatively painless to adapt to the new conditions”, — said the authors of the bill.

Deputies stressed that the bill would improve tax policy to stimulate investment in economic development and job creation.
