Bastrykin explained the attack in schools negligent in providing them security
Moscow. 26 Jan. INTERFAX.RU — Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin said that the attacks in schools in Perm and the Republic of Buryatia were the result of negligence in ensuring safety in schools.
“During the investigation in such cases it is necessary to achieve real elimination of the reasons and conditions of committing crimes against children and prosecute for violations”, — said the Chairman of the UK, speaking at a meeting in St. Petersburg.
Bastrykin also believes that it is necessary to assess the inaction of the officials who have the responsibility to ensure security in educational institutions.
“In the absence of answers to our submission, immediately forward the materials to the Prosecutor who decides whether to initiate disciplinary or administrative proceedings against individuals, who are not taking response measures”, — said the Chairman of SK.
Last week, armed attacks have occurred in schools in Perm, Chelyabinsk region and Ulan-Ude. Last Thursday, the pneumatic weapon brought into the College building in Samara, a 15-year-old student, no one was hurt.
