In Tver beat ambulance doctor
Criminal case is brought.
TVER, January 20. /TASS/. Investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of beating an emergency room doctor in the neighborhood “South” in Tver. About it reported in regional Department of the RF IC.
“The 22-year-old local resident brought criminal case on signs of the crime provided by article 116 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation “the Beating”, — stated in the message.
According to investigators, on January 18 a medical team arrived on a call to a house on the Boulevard Guseva in the district “South” of the city of Tver to assist the man. During the assist, the suspect hit a health worker assistant object and then fled the scene. “By its actions, the attacker caused the medical worker of physical pain and injuries in the form of closed cherepno-a brain trauma, concussion, injury of the left eye,” — said in the regional Department of insurance.
As explained TASS in management of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Tver region, the suspect and two other men, who in the time of the beating were with him, were arrested and taken to the police station to clarify the circumstances of the incident. “The man became ill, he called an ambulance. The doctor began to assist, at this point, the suspect attacked him and inflicted injuries”, — told the Agency.
According to according to named article of the criminal code, he faces up to two years of imprisonment.
