Against the mayor of Makhachkala instigated a criminal case
TASS, January 19. /TASS/. A consequence opened a criminal case against mayor of Makhachkala, Musa Musayev, who is suspected of abuse of power in the allocation of land, said on Friday the press-service SK of the Russian Federation.
“Investigative agencies of the investigative Committee of Russia in the Republic of Dagestan initiated a criminal case against the head of urban district with intracity division “city of Makhachkala” Musa Musayev. He is suspected of committing a crime under article 286 of the criminal code (“Committing the head of the local government action is clearly beyond his powers, with causing of heavy consequences”)”, — stated in the message.
According to authorities, in March 2016 Musayev, knowing that a land area of about 17.5 thousand square meters, located in Makhachkala, is the property of the Republic, exceeding their official powers, illegally signed a decree on the granting of land under the property of OAO “aspk” for the amount of 1.1 million rubles.
“According to expert opinion, the market value of the land plot is more than 81 million rubles. Illegal actions Musayev greatly affected legally protected interests of the state and caused significant material damage to the budget of Dagestan Republic for the sum about 80 million roubles”, — have noted in SK.
At present, the complex of investigative and procedural actions, including searches and seizures of relevant documentation.
