The Russian government approved the rules of state support for families with children
MOSCOW, January 10 — RIA Novosti. The Russian government approved the rules for granting subsidies for compensation of lost income on mortgage loans to families with two or three children, the document published on the website of the Cabinet on Wednesday.
“In order to stimulate the issuance of loans at a rate below the market level the resolution approved the Rules for granting subsidies to Russian credit organizations and JSC “Agency for housing mortgage lending” to recover lost income on housing (mortgage) loans which are granted to citizens with children”, — stated in the certificate to the document.
Rules require the subsidy rate to 6% for three or five years of age at birth 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022, respectively, a second or third child from borrowers who take a loan or refinance a current loan for the purchase of housing in the primary market.
This decision will allow to give the citizens who have given birth second and third child, up to 600 billion rubles housing loans with a reduced interest rate, specified in the certificate.
