LONDON, 9 Jan. /TASS/. The film by Russian Director Andrei Zvyagintsev’s “Dislike” was included in the list of nominees for the British Academy of film and television arts (BAFTA) in the category “Best foreign language film”.

On Tuesday announced the BAFTA website.

The number of applicants for the award in this category also includes such films as “She” (Elle), Paul Verhoeven, “the Maid” (The Handmaiden), Park Chan-Wook, “the Salesman” (The Salesman) Asghar Farhadi, as well as a screen adaptation of the autobiographical novel UN LUN “First they killed my father” (First They Killed My Father) Angelina Jolie.

World premiere of the film “Dislike” was held last year in the main competition program of the jubilee of the 70-th Cannes international film festival, where the film was awarded the jury Prize. In addition, the film won the Grand Prix at the international festival in Munich, the main prize of the 61st London international film festival, and then the prizes of the European film Academy for music and cinematography.
