Deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament Mustafa Nayem said that Noskovskaya long sought a sentence for the killer of his sister Svetlana, who was run down by a drunken nephew of the Chairman of the Vyshgorodsky district court of Kyiv, Dmitry rossoshansky, for which has repeatedly been threatened by the accused and his relatives.

“In June this year she managed to achieve justice — Rossosh was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. 27 Dec held a hearing on the appeal — the court rejected the lawyers of the murderer, sent the case to the first instance and extended to the accused arrest for 60 days. During the court hearing, the accused’s father threatened: “You will die badly”. Two days later, on Friday, December 29, Irina was gone,” he said.

According to the chief of police of Kiev region Dmitry price, Noskovskaya had not contacted law enforcement about the threats against her. However, the investigation does not consider the version of her suicide.

First Deputy head of the police of Ukraine Vyacheslav Abroskin said that the issue of disclosure of the murder Mostovskoy is on personal control of the head of Department Sergey Knyazev, the Minister of internal Affairs.
