The former head of Rosgranitsa Bezdelov was sentenced to nine years in prison for fraud

Moscow. 29 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — petty-bourgeois court of Moscow on Friday sentenced the former head of the Federal Agency on arrangement of state border of the Russian Federation Dmitry Bezdelov to 9 years of imprisonment with a fine of 1 million rubles for fraud, the correspondent of “Interfax” from the courtroom.

“Recognize Bezdelov guilty of the incriminated crimes and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 9 years with a fine of one million rubles”, — announced the judge Olesya Mendeleev.

Seven more Bezdelov accomplices received sentences ranging from 2 to 8 years, to serve his sentence all the convicts will in the colony.

However, as follows from the sentence, the court ruled the charges of article 210 criminal code (Organization of criminal community).
