MOSCOW, 25 Dec — RIA Novosti. The interest of Russians to the presidential elections in 2018 is at a minimum in the modern history of Russia, the Director of “Levada-center” Lev Gudkov.
“Interest in the elections is the lowest for the time of electoral. A sociologist among the factors of low interest in the elections noted “the lack of intrigue, there is a clear understanding that opponents and critics of the regime will not allow to participate.”
