All sanctioned people, as indicated by the Finance Ministry, connected with the organization of the “thieves in law”, which operates in the United States, Russia, Greece, Spain and Ukraine.
The sanctions ban U.S. citizens from doing business with these people. In addition, the defendants in the list of prohibited entry into the United States, and their assets on U.S. soil are frozen.
