MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. The head of the FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov at session of Council of heads of security bodies and special services of the States (Sorb) – participants of the CIS warned about the change of tactics of terrorists in the direction of “Autonomous Jihad.”
“Changing tactics and terrorist attacks. Leaders of international terrorist organizations focus their supporters on the implementation of the so-called Autonomous Jihad”, – said Bortnikov.
