The speaker received eight years of imprisonment
The court found the former Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev guilty of receiving a bribe in 2 million dollars from the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin and sentenced him to eight years in prison. Prosecutors asked for speaker for ten years.
To serve the sentence the speaker is in a strict regime colony. Eight years is the minimum sentence stipulated by the prosecution.

He also has appointed additional punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 130 million rubles.
