Meshchansky Interdistrict Moscow Prosecutor’s office warned the head of the Krasnoselsky municipal district Ilya Yashin from the outstanding events in the capital. About it reports a press-Department service.
Moscow Prosecutor’s office considered the complaint of Department of regional security and combating corruption Moscow Yashin. The Agency has established that a member “distributes information about the organization is actually an unsanctioned rally under the guise of the regional festival” and warned him about “the inadmissibility of violation of the current legislation and statutory responsibility.”
12 Dec Yashin has published on his page in Facebook post with information about the district festival “the Day of free elections.” He came after the head of Krasnoselsky district of Moscow Natalia Mamonova released from his post. Activist Alexei Navalny urged his supporters to come to the event.
The Moscow mayor’s office suspected that the Deputy is planning to hold an unsanctioned rally. The Department has requested the capital Prosecutor Vladimir Churikov, to make Yashin official warning.
