In the North-East of Moscow the man intentionally set fire to a dumpster, with the result that was burned alive next to sleeping homeless. About this informed the Agency “Moscow” a law enforcement source on Tuesday, December 12.

The incident occurred late in the evening of 6 December in the yard of the house №11 in the street Konstantinov. Suspect a few days detained employees of the Moscow criminal investigation Department.
