In the security Council of Russia has offered to establish responsibility for disobedience to legal requirements of national guards and part-time police officers. This writes the “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
The representative of office of security Council Evgenie Anoshin has told about work on the amendments to the legislation, including establishing responsibility for disobedience to legal requirements of national guards and part-time police officers. Also the possibility to punish for infringement of life and the use of violence against a person acting for the protection of public order.
In addition, the interdepartmental Commission of the security Council drew attention to the need to improve logistics activities of combatants and their social security.
According to the interior Ministry of Russia in 2017 year to law enforcement attracted more than 1.4 million of national guards.
