Investigators Bashkiria started checking the message on death of the inhabitant of Ufa because of his neighbour’s, who prevented the ambulance to go into the apartment to the patient. This is stated on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on Thursday, December 7. The ambulance arrived on a call, however, on the way to the patient doctors was found by his neighbor. The man was drunk and came with the doctors in the conflict, they were not able to get to the patient, and he died.
Currently installs all the circumstances of the incident, a forensic medical examination to establish the cause and circumstances of death of the patient. By results of check will be made appropriate procedural decision.
Earlier the state Duma has proposed to introduce criminal liability against drivers not missed the ambulance, if it led to adverse patient consequences.
