MOSCOW, 5 Dec — RIA Novosti. NASA published a picture of the unique “explosive” of the galaxy, made using the orbital telescope Hubble.
Spiral galaxy ESO 580-49 is located in the constellation Libra, about 190 million light-years from Earth. While experts stress that although it looks quite “relaxing”, inside it, a powerful explosion occurred, the consequences of which are imprinted on the frame.
In NASA noted that large-scale releases of energy are rare and can last from a few seconds to hours, but the glow persisted for a long time.
