Analytical Agency “AUTOSTAT” has published data on sales of passenger cars in the republics of the North Caucasus in the first 10 months of 2017.
The most popular cars among buyers in the region have production models AVTOVAZ: Lada Vesta (sold 6027 car), Lada Granta (4749 cars) and Lada Priora (3970 cars).
The top ten leaders in the region also includes the Hyundai Solaris (3139 units sold), Toyota Camry (2998 cars), Kia Rio (2373 units), Lada 4×4 (1279), Volkswagen Polo (1203), Hyundai Creta (856) Lada Largus (837 cars).
Analysts point out that, in General, the products of AVTOVAZ is in the region of 45 per cent of the passenger car market.
According to the study, the North Caucasus buyers prefer sedans (65 percent of all sold cars without mileage) black or white (25 and 20 percent, respectively).
