SAINT PETERSBURG, December 5. /TASS/. Repair of aircraft carrier “Admiral Kuznetsov” will start in 2018, the volume of repair work will depend on the balance of the state armaments programme. This was announced at the ongoing Saint-Petersburg forum “the Arctic: present and future”, the head of the United shipbuilding Corporation (USC) Alexey Rakhmanov.
