Alexander Zhukov The international Olympic Committee (IOC) has suspended the membership of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) and its head Alexander Zhukov. This was reported on the website of the organization. The decision was taken at the Executive Committee meeting in Lausanne (Switzerland). The suspension is due to the relationship with the state system of concealment of positive doping tests.
