MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak has declared its intention to participate in presidential elections from the party “Civil initiative”, said that in the Crimea must be held another referendum in which residents of the Peninsula will be offered three options: the preservation of the Crimea as part of Russia, returning to the Ukraine or to establish an independent state. She stated this on Monday in the program “60 minutes” on TV channel “Russia 1”.
