The head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov signed a draft order on allocation of budget appropriations in the amount of 143 million roubles from Reserve Fund of the government. This is stated on the Agency’s website.
This amount will partially cover the cost of financial providing of measures on liquidation of emergency situation as a result of fires in the Siberian Federal district.
The Minister said that from these funds the government of Buryatia is planned to more than 38 million rubles, and the Irkutsk region, almost 105 million. These money are used, including “lump-sum material aid, compensation for lost property and for the maintenance of temporary accommodation and meals to evacuees citizens,” States the report of the Ministry.
“Each of the victims will be paid one-time financial assistance in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, and compensation for lost property in the amount of 100 thousand”, — said Puchkov.
In Siberia there is a regime of emergency. A particularly acute situation with wildfires emerging in Irkutsk region and Buryatia Republic. On April 28 due to high temperatures and strengthening winds (more than 25 meters per second) on the territory of these regions the fire spread to five towns. As a result, the fire destroyed about 80 houses and objects of social infrastructure. In safe areas evacuated and placed in temporary accommodation about 500 people.
