MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. Russia supports China’s proposal on the cessation of tests by Pyongyang in exchange for the abandonment of the American-South Korean military exercises near North Korea. This was stated in the Russian depodesta on the results of the public meeting of the UN security Council on the DPRK, held the day before. The Russian Federation was represented at the event, Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs Gennady Gatilov.
