During the Forum of the safe Internet (FBI-2017) she said that at present, experts compare a pornography addiction with the drug. The Senator said that when viewing such clips the child “changed person”, and every third suffers from infertility. “There is already such research,” she said.
Moreover, Mizulina mentioned child porn, which “encourages an adult to come into contact with any child that comes to hand”, and also noted the special risk of adult cartoons, which are legally equivalent to child pornography.
She cited statistics of the Russian Institute of strategic studies (RISS) in 2015, according to which every second with one of the five largest pornresource download 75 gigabytes of video.
A day earlier it was reported that Mizulina, criticized the initiative to introduce a tax on childlessness for the wealthy, calling it reckless and unfair. A similar proposal was made on April 24 at a meeting of the parliamentary Committee on social policy and industrial relations Deputy Chairman of Moscow city Council Nikolay Gubenko.
