In Moscow urged all parties to the conflict towards direct dialogue for the sake of establishing peace in the region.
The incident in Lugansk region took place on the afternoon of April 23 near the village of Prishib, which in 2014 is controlled by the militia. According to the people’s militia self-proclaimed LNR, one of the cars that were included with the OSCE SMM patrol, stepped on a land mine in pursuit of Slavyanoserbsk in Sokolniki. It was noted that the crew was moving along the route, not permitted by the mandate.
The explosion killed an employee of the mission. According to one, he is a citizen of the United States, according to Kiev — a citizen of UK. In addition, two observers were injured and were transported for examination to a medical facility. One of the injured — a citizen of Germany. This is confirmed in Berlin.
According to the official power structures of the LC, the undermining of the car was organized by the Ukrainian diversionno-prospecting group.
