General FSO Lopyrev accused of receiving a bribe of 6 million rubles

Moscow. April 19. INTERFAX.RU — the court became aware of the amount of the bribe, which is imputed to the accused in corruption General of the Federal security service (FSS) Gennady Lopyreva.
“The amount of the bribe is 6.27 million rubles,” announced the case file, the judge in the Moscow city court on Wednesday.
Also Wednesday, a Moscow court has arrested more than 60 million roubles, million euros and 350 thousand dollars, which belonged to the son of Alexander Lopyreva, according to the materials of the case.
“The court arrested the 63 million rubles, million euros and 350 thousand dollars was found in the apartment of Alexander Lopyreva after a search. On these funds arrested,” announced the judge materials.
Lopyrev himself stated that his annual income is 50 million rubles.
The General is under arrest since November 26, 2016. He was charged with bribery in especially large amount (part 6, item 290 of the criminal code).
The criminal case against the head of the FSO to the North Caucasian Federal district Lopyreva was initiated the Main Department on investigation of especially important cases of the RCDS according to the materials of the FSO in conjunction with the operational services of the FSB.
Earlier in the press service of the TFR reported on the excitement regarding Lopyreva criminal cases on the facts of receiving bribes in especially large size. According to investigators, Lopyrev received bribes from a number of heads of commercial structures for the overall protection at the conclusion and execution of state contracts on carrying out construction and repair works.
The General does not admit his guilt.
