Gorbachev noted that there are signs of a new cold war
BERLIN, April 14. /Offset. TASS Anton Dolgunov/. Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev expressed the opinion that the modern situation in the world has the signs of a new cold war. He stated this in an interview with German newspaper Bild.
“The speech of politicians and high-ranking military becomes more belligerent, the doctrine is getting more stringent wording. Media all picked up and heated up even more. Constantly deteriorating relations between the major powers, there is a feeling that the world adjusts to the new war. That is to say, all signs of the cold war,” Gorbachev said.
