Norwegian authorities detained 17-the summer citizen of the Russian Federation, who is accused of illegal traffic in hazardous substances, could be on the way of initiation of radical religious views. This was announced on Monday evening broadcaster NRK, citing the public Prosecutor of the Norwegian Police security service (PST) Katrine Tunstad.

According to the lawyer of the teenager, “published in the social network was made two years ago when he was 15 years old”, at the same time he “contacted his friends, who subsequently joined the radicals.” Now, as claimed by the defense, he totally rejects such views.
Earlier the detainee was charged under article 142 of the “Illegal handling of hazardous substances.” The court, he was remanded in custody for two weeks, during which the police need to investigate and present the court with evidence of his guilt.
In this two-week period, the court also imposed for a teenager the ban on visits, letters and communication with the media.
