In Moscow approved the schedule of demolition five-story building. About the Agency “Moscow” have informed in capital Department of building.
“Approved schedule their demolition in 2017. It includes 63 houses demolished series, of which at the expense of gorbyudzheta — 49 homes for investment contracts 14 houses. Of them in the first quarter of 2017 has already been removed 11 homes: nine homes at the expense of the city budget, and two under investment contracts”, — said the head of Department Andrey Bochkarev.
It is noted that in Moscow there are 65 to demolish five-storey buildings of the first period of industrial housing. The total volume of the houses slated for demolition with the start of the program amounted to 1772 the house. A complete list of demolished buildings is published on the Department’s website.
The head of the Ministry of construction Mikhail Men, said the National news service (NSN), the program of demolition Khrushchev in the country will start when the first results of renovation in Moscow.
Earlier the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, who headed the headquarters for the implementation of the renovation program of the old five-story building, promised that the new homes that will be built instead of the demolished obsolete buildings will be larger apartment.
