The Museum has rejected the claims of Poland because of the memorial in Katyn
The state Central Museum of contemporary history of Russia, one branch of which is a Memorial complex “Katyn”, responded to the statement of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Poland, concerned about the emergence in Katyn, site of the new Museum complex there, information on the lost 20 years in Polish captivity the red army.
“Presented at the poster information on the number of dead Soviet soldiers based on the research of leading Russian scientists”, — stated in the message of the Museum.
“According to research, in total, in Polish captivity can die from 25 to 28 thousand people”, — said there.
