“It is forbidden to inform citizens about unauthorized meetings and rallies, distribute information about unapproved events, and publish the correspondence with other users without their consent. You cannot distribute any information (text, photo, video), promoting national and other intolerance, use of alcohol and tobacco products, sexual relations, and so on — if the message is not accompanied by “a clear condemnation of these materials,” adds the publication.
