The event will start at 17:00. The participants will lay flowers and light candles at the memorial sign “hero-City Leningrad”. This will be followed by a concert, the leitmotif of which, according to organizers, will be “empathy and support for residents of St. Petersburg, sorrow for the victims and a clear answer to the terrorists, to intimidate and alienate the citizens of Russia they did not succeed”.
The attack occurred April 3 in the St. Petersburg underground train, EN route from “Sennaya square” to the “Technological Institute”. At the moment it is known about 14 victims.
