The onf has launched a project to assess the quality of social services
SAINT PETERSBURG, April 2. /TASS/. Activists of the Russian popular front (onf) at the ongoing St. Petersburg media forum “Truth and justice” has presented the project “national assessment” which is designed to check the quality of services in social institutions.
The front emphasized that the current system of independent evaluation of quality at present is not effective enough. “In many cases, the assessment is carried out formally, the mechanism of improving performance of social institutions on the basis of the assessment, not earned,” — said in the onf.
“Every caring person will be able to Express on the website narocenka.ru opinion about the quality of their medical care, schools, kindergarten and other social organizations. The activists of the popular front will check all the instances of inconsistent opinions and formal assessment of the organization, and identified deficiencies in the quality of work to take control,” — said the coordinator of the project “national assessment”, member of the Central headquarters of the popular front Viktor Klimov.
According to him, the activists of the popular front will also monitor the work of relevant authorities to address identified during the audit deficiencies and to improve the quality of work of organizations of the social sphere. Klimov noted that the results of the work of the project is planned to prepare proposals on improvement of social sphere objects.
Media forum of independent regional and local media “Truth and justice” held onf the fourth time. The forum is attended by over 500 people: journalists from all regions of the country, bloggers, heads of Federal mass media, representatives of the profile ministries and departments.
