The corresponding document was published on Saturday on the Kremlin website. “Federal constitutional law “On martial law” is complemented by article 101, under which the territory of the Russian Federation or in its separate areas where martial law is imposed, subject to the measures applied during the period of martial law, is territorial defense,” – the document says.
