It is specified that the Federation Council approved the law sistematizirovat authority of the chamber to control the spending of budgets of state extra-budgetary funds. Also, the list of objects subject to the control powers of the accounts chamber is supplemented by commercial organizations with a share of the economic partnerships and companies with participation of public legal entities in their authorized capital. In addition, the chamber is empowered to exercise of external public audit over observance by legal entities of the terms of government contracts. The first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on budget and fenningham Sergei Ivanov said that the law entitles the head of the accounts chamber to inform the Russian President about the identification of grounds for premature dismissal of the auditor.
