UK residents have named lercara named Hector (Hector) “the loneliest dog in the country” after he had lived in the shelter for homeless animals, more than 500 days. This writes the local newspaper Devon Live.
Hector was brought to the shelter RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter in the English County of Devon in October 2017. The staff of the center in all ways tried to find the owner for lonely dog, but each time failed.
