Only the composition of the Board should include representatives from 60 different cultural directions.
The Council for culture of the Youth Parliament at the state Duma will enter videobloger Dmitry Larin and rapper bird (David Nureyev). The new structure is created according to the results of the December meeting of the deputies of the state Duma with rappers, and one of the duties of the Council will be re-checking the examinations of the creativity of musicians, which law enforcement authorities will decide whether to initiate a criminal case on extremism.
“The Council for culture will be created following the meeting with rappers in the state Duma in December 2018. It is formed in an open way, in its composition will include 60 representatives of the cultural sphere in different directions… applications have been approved of David Nureyev and Dmitry Larin,” leads TASS words of the Chairman of the Youth Parliament Mary Voropayeva.
