Social network “Vkontakte” has made a rating of the most popular songs and albums in 2018.
Also published statistics on the listening time and the geography of users, said on Tuesday the press service of the social network.
“The most popular song of the year was the “Panda E” by CYGO. Also in the top three in the song “Medusa” (by MATRANG) and “Minimal” (LJ)”, — stated in the message.
Album of the year was “JANAVI” from HammAli & Navai, in second place, “E. G. O” Jah Khalib “?” and XXXTentacion.
The top 30 songs were two songs in English, it’s “Rockstar” Post Malone and “Drunk Groove” MARUV & BOOSIN. The top 10 albums includes only one release in English: “?” XXXTentacion.
In addition, in the top list of 2018 was the most listened to track last year — “rosé” LJ and Feduk.
According to the report, users VK Music and BOOM this year spent listening to music 74 thousand years, with most of the songs listened to in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk.
