Experts the Financial University under the government of Russia made a list of Russian cities with the highest quality of life. This was announced by University Vice-rector Alexei Prong.

“The basis for the evaluation was formed by the results of sociological research carried out during 2018 to 78 cities with population over 250 thousand people,” — said Prong to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”. He added that the rankings also took into account the data of Rosstat.
The list includes Tyumen, Samara, Moscow, Kazan, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Cherepovets, Tula and Surgut. Barb pointed to the fact that the capital of the Tyumen region taking first place in any of more than ten parameters of evaluation of quality of life, leads in the final index.
According to the rector of the financial University, the Russian capital is one of the leaders in quality medical care, housing and income levels. Among the best according to these indicators, were and St. Petersburg.
Previously, experts of the Federal project “Sober Russia” has prepared “a national ranking of sobriety of constituent entities of the Russian Federation”. The most sober regions for the fourth consecutive year recognized Chechnya, Ingushetia, and Dagestan.
