MOSCOW, August 20. /TASS/. A meeting of leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany in the “Norman format” could take place in Paris, the date of the summit has not been determined. This was stated by the Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov in an interview with the newspaper “Izvestia” published on Monday.
