22-year-old installer Junaid Ahmed confesses that suffering “selfsuficient” — the desire to get “likes” for your photos is so great that he made every day about 200 selfies.

“For the first two minutes after publication or even a minute I get about 100 “likes”, and I really love it, the phone just torn from the notification of “Instagram”, and that’s just fine,” says Junaid Ahmed.
According to a recent research by scientists, some users of social networks do suffer from this dependence, which has already received the name — “sulfites”.

Junaid Ahmed acknowledges that such seemingly harmless dependence can lead to serious problems in relations with family and relatives.

According to Junaid, negative comments to his photos not as upset as before. However, he admits he feels the pressure because of expectations that now he has to look a certain way, and this requires work on yourself and images.
“A few years ago, I looked not like now. I used to be quite natural. But the obsession with social networking… Now I want myself constantly “improve”,” the young man says.

Junaid lives in the English County of Essex. According to him, he understands how disastrous can be the effects of social networks, but, nevertheless, does not apply to this danger seriously enough.
“What you see in the social networks, it is not true. The social network is entertainment, if you know how to use them correctly. But we can’t let them affect your real life just because you want to be somebody’s Instagram… it’s not worth It,” says Junaid Ahmed.
