MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The state Duma plenary meeting on Wednesday adopted in the third reading a law that gives Resguardo authority over the security of senior officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The document was submitted to the lower house of Parliament, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
In accordance with the text of the law, Asgardia will “provide in the procedure established by the President of the Russian Federation, safety of the highest officials of constituent entities of the Russian Federation (heads of higher Executive bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation) and other persons.” This activity will be carried out “exclusively on contractual basis”.
