Trump demanded to stop the supply of Chinese oil in the DPRK
Otherwise, the US President promised to toughen the approach to Beijing.
Moscow. 29 Dec. INTERFAX.RU — U.S. President Donald trump demanded that China stop oil supplies to North Korea in circumvention of UN security Council sanctions, warned that it may tighten the approach to trade with China.
“Oil continues to flow North Korea, it’s not what I’m doing!”, he said in an interview with the New York Times, commenting on recent reports of South Korean media that the oil is being pumped into the sea from Chinese to North Korean tankers.
The President continued: “If they (the Chinese — if) will not help us with North Korea, I’ll do what I have always said, I want to do.”
Previously, trump has repeatedly stated that it intends to significantly increase duties on exported by China in the USA goods.
From there (from North Korea — if) comes the nuclear threat, which is bad for China.Donald Trepresent USA
Before trump announced his deep disappointment that the Chinese authorities allegedly allow the DPRK to buy Chinese oil.
“Caught on hot: very disappointing the fact that China allows oil supplies to North Korea. Peaceful solution to the problem of North Korea will never happen, if this continues,” wrote trump on Twitter.
