MOSCOW, 27 Jun — RIA Novosti. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Ministry of justice to study the issue of decriminalization of painkillers medicines with narcotic content elements, the order published on the website of the Cabinet on Wednesday.
“The Ministry of justice (Alexander Konovalov), jointly with the Ministry of health of Russia, Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and with the participation of the Supreme court to determine how the decriminalization of the acts of the physicians and pharmacists associated with the violation of the rules of traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances with a high degree of public danger”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that the results need to report until 10 February 2018.
“Together with the Ministry of health and Ministry of labour and given training in the State Duma for the second reading of bill No. 879343-6 made by the members of the Council of Federation G. N. Karelova, A. A. Clisham and others, to discuss further the question of the possible extension of guardianship to persons with mental illness. The results shall be reported to March 17, 2018”, — stated in the message.
