Israeli Deputy called to lower the level of diplomatic relations with Turkey
TEL AVIV, 13 Dec — RIA Novosti. An Israeli member of Parliament Ksenia Svetlova urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to reduce the level of diplomatic relations with Turkey after the statements of its President Tayyip Erdogan.

Erdogan, speaking Wednesday at an extraordinary summit of the organization of Islamic cooperation (OIC) in Istanbul, called Israel “a terrorist state” and suggested to proclaim Jerusalem the capital of Palestine in response to the US action, which recognized the city as the capital of Israel.
“I appeal to you, Mr. Prime Minister and Minister of foreign Affairs, with a proposal to consider lowering the level of diplomatic relations with Turkey and to test the possibility of additional diplomatic measures to respond to unacceptable the statements of the Turkish President”, — quotes the treatment Svetlova, the press service of the party “the Zionist camp”.
“Erdogan calls Israel a “terror state”, but it’s better to look at yourself in the mirror! He has opened the border with Syria and has allowed thousands of jihadists to enter the country. Israel and Turkey only a year ago re-exchanged ambassadors, agreeing on the settlement of the six-year conflict.
